Two bottles, both labeled Chardonnay, and they taste nothing alike. One is crisp and bright. The other is rich and buttery. It's the same grape, so what happened?
That question is what this class answers. On Thursday, August 13, we'll spend 75 minutes on it together, live on Zoom, tasting from wherever you are.
How it works:
You buy two bottles ahead of time. I send you a short shopping list the moment you register. Both wines are widely distributed national brands, and the total cost runs $25 to $35. On class night you pour both, and I walk you through tasting them side by side. By the end you'll be able to taste the difference, explain why it exists, and read a Chardonnay label well enough to predict the style before you buy.
No wine knowledge required. No special equipment. Cameras optional.
